New workspaces get a 3-day trial with no card required. You can add a website, run a crawl, and try the widget before deciding on a plan.

Plans are measured in Knowledge Base Size and monthly Credits, not pages. 1 Credit equals 1 answered question, and an average customer support conversation uses ~4 to 5 credits. Knowledge Base Size is what a crawled page, an uploaded document, or a manual entry becomes once processed (an ordinary content page is ~3 units). Domains are counted separately: how many websites can feed your one workspace assistant.

Starter is $25/month or $240/year: 1 domain, 200 Knowledge Base Size (~600 pages), 1,000 Credits a month (~250 chats), standard widget branding, email support.

Growth is $69/month or $662/year: 5 domains sharing one knowledge base, 1,500 Knowledge Base Size (~4,500 pages), 5,000 Credits a month (~1,250 chats), 500 Webhooks & AI Actions/mo, analytics dashboard, email support.

Pro is $149/month or $1,430/year: 10 domains, 6,000 Knowledge Base Size (~18,000 pages), 20,000 Credits a month (~5,000 chats), 2,500 Webhooks & AI Actions/mo, analytics, priority crawling, and custom white-label widget branding.

Enterprise is custom-priced: everything in Pro, plus custom high-volume credit pools, dedicated support, and custom invoicing contracts. Reach out at [email protected].

Annual prices are $240 for Starter (~$20/month), $662 for Growth (~$55/month), and $1,430 for Pro (~$119/month), paid once up front after the 20% discount. Yearly totals are rounded to whole dollars.

You can view your current plan, usage against your limits, and manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard, which hands off to a secure checkout and billing portal rather than handling card details itself.
